1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to MyStamply are non-refundable. By subscribing to or purchasing any plan or service on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, non-use, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

2. Subscription Plans

MyStamply offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period. These charges are final and non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • No refunds or credits are issued for any unused portion of a billing period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted

4. Free Trial

MyStamply offers a 30-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to make full use of the trial period. Once a paid subscription begins, the no-refund policy applies.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
